We are monitoring the potential for large protests on campuses and public spaces, and their potential implications for the safety of Jewish students, faculty, and community members.
 

Specifically, National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP) called for a National Day of Action on campuses in at least 27 cities today, including plans to "take over central spaces on campus, and assert our mass power." 
 

Jewish Federations and security partners are coordinating nationally to ensure necessary communication and preparedness, both regarding today's planned actions and other large public gatherings in coming days.

 
We encourage all organizations and institutions to follow local communications protocols and to review and maintain physical security plans and procedures in coordination with law enforcement as well as safety and security partners.
