ISRAELI COOKING WORKSHOP W/CHEF URI ARNOLD

$36 per person
LOCATION TBA

Chef Uri Arnold, Marketing Director for Partnership2Gether, will return to Toledo two years after preparing a community dinner to showcase the beauty of Israeli cuisine and culture. Uri is the chef and co-owner of two restaurants in our partnership region in the Western Galilee, including ‘Roots’ in the Old City of Akko, and ‘Arnold’s’ in Moshav Netiv HaShayara. In addition, he is one of the founders of "The Tourism Association in the Western Galilee." Recently, after a 25-year cooking career, Chef Uri started "Umami," a consulting, marketing, and branding company.

This time, he will present an interactive, hands-on cooking workshop - participants will prepare kosher arayes: pita sandwiches stuffed with ground chicken, then baked.
