For this tasting, choose from: One bottle of Schramsberg’s 2017 Blanc de Blancs, and/or Six cheeses from Stepladder Ranch & Creamery: Cabrillo, San Simeon Colby, marinated Fromage Blanc, Moonstone, Paso Vino & Ragged Point.
