COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Locations

All Ohioans age 16 and older are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine! Please visit the COVID-19 Vaccination Program webpage for more information. All the available vaccines have been proven safe and effective at preventing serious illness, hospitalization, and death from COVID-19 disease. Getting vaccinated with the first vaccine available to you can help protect you from COVID-19.

Homebound persons who would like to get vaccinated can call the Lucas County Health Department at 419-213-4100, Option 1, to schedule an appointment for the vaccine to come to you. Homebound persons include those that need the help of another person or medical equipment such as crutches, a walker, or a wheelchair to leave their home, or their medical provider believes that their health or illness could get worse if they leave their home, and they typically do not leave their home.

How to find vaccine providers and schedule appointments

There are three ways that Ohioans can find providers participating in Ohio’s Vaccine Program:

  • Ohio’s centralized scheduling website is now available at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov. The website serves as a singular location for Ohioans to confirm that they are eligible to be vaccinated, identify nearby providers, and schedule their vaccine appointments.
  • The COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Locations directory at vaccine.coronavirus.ohio.gov is a resource that shows providers who have received shipments of COVID-19 vaccines. The COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Locations directory is searchable by county and ZIP code.
  • In addition, vaccine supply is also available through the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program for COVID-19 Vaccination. Eligible Ohioans who want to find a participating pharmacy should visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s VaccineFinder. This is a free, online service.
