Renowned Israeli chef Uri Arnon - owner of Arnolds, a restaurant in Moshav Netiv HaShayara, and Roots restaurants - will be visiting Toledo and preparing a delicious Kosher dinner. Roots, in Acre, is a partnership between Jewish, Christian, and Muslim individuals who opened a Kosher Middle Eastern restaurant with a modern twist. A real coexistence on the plate.

Chef Uri has always been involved in multicultural culinary initiatives and is a founder of The Tourism Association in the Western Galilee; he recently opened a consulting, branding, and marketing company, Umami, to help culinary, tourism, and lifestyle businesses mainly in the Western Galilee and Northern Israel.
