Please join us for a sound bath with Kimberly Post, RN, and Certified Sound Healer. We invite you to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or your favorite chair to be comfortable. The sound bath will include crystal quartz sound bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments to create a beautiful relaxing experience. Clients have reported less pain and anxiety and more restful sleep after attending a sound bath.

Following the sound bath, Creative Expressions will assist guests in crafting unique drink coasters and making hamantaschen to take home and bake.
